UA Office has been crafting office furniture from our factory in Seri Kembangan, Selangor since 1991 — that’s over 30 years of understanding how Malaysian workplaces are built, used, and changed over time.

We specialise in custom office furniture: desks, chairs, workstations, and open-plan partition systems that are made to fit your space, not the other way around. Every project is different, and we like it that way.

Does UA Office manufacture its own furniture, or supply it?
UA Office is an office furniture supplier and fit-out specialist. We manufacture our own partition and panel systems at our factory in Selangor, and we source, supply and install the rest of the office — desking, storage, seating and soft furnishings — built around them. So you get a made-to-order office fit-out from one team, planned and built to your floor plan, with our own panel systems at its core rather than a fixed catalogue package. We have been doing this in Malaysia since 1991.
What does “made-to-order” mean for an office fit-out?
It means the office is planned and built around your space rather than sold as a fixed package. You give us the floor plan, headcount and finishes; we plan the layout, manufacture the panel and partition systems to fit, and select and supply the desking, storage and seating to match — then deliver and install it as one project. Standard catalogue furniture is faster for small, off-the-shelf needs; a made-to-order fit-out suits offices that want the layout, capacity and look to be right for the space.
What does UA Office supply?
Complete office fit-outs and the furniture in them: office partition and panel systems, which we manufacture in-house; modular desking; executive and office furniture; storage; and soft seating and lounge furniture — together with the fit-out support around them, including space planning, supply, delivery and installation. We handle single rooms through to full-floor offices for corporate, government and commercial clients.
Which areas does UA Office serve?
Our factory, showroom and head office are in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. We deliver and install across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley — Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Puchong — as well as Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and throughout Malaysia, and we take on projects in Singapore. For larger fit-outs we cover Peninsular Malaysia.
Do you handle the whole office fit-out, or only supply furniture?
Fit-out is our core. We plan the space, manufacture the partition and panel systems, supply the desking, storage and seating, and deliver and install — coordinated by one team. You can engage us for a complete fit-out, or just for furniture supply if that is all you need.
Can I visit a showroom before ordering?
Yes. Our showroom is at our Seri Kembangan head office in Selangor, where you can see the panel systems, desking, seating and finishes in person. It is best to arrange a time first so the right person can walk you through the options for your project.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your floor plan or a rough layout, your headcount and any finish preferences through the quote form on this website, and we will come back with a made-to-order proposal. The more detail you share up front — space size, number of seats and timeline — the faster and more accurate the quote.
How long does a made-to-order office project take?
It depends on the size and specification of the project. Because we plan the space, manufacture our panel systems and coordinate the supply and installation ourselves, we can give you a clear timeline once we have seen the floor plan and finalised the spec. Larger or more custom fit-outs take longer than a simple furniture supply, and we confirm lead times in the quote rather than leave you guessing.
